Automated legal research can be incomplete or wrong. You must independently verify every statute, rule, and case authority before relying on it in a filing, a hearing, or any decision with legal consequences. No case outcome, deadline calculation, or result is guaranteed.

By uploading a document, image, audio file, or video you confirm that you own it or have lawful authority to provide it, and that transmitting it does not violate a court order, a protective order, a sealing order, a confidentiality obligation, or anyone else's rights.

You may not upload material you have no lawful authority to provide, material obtained unlawfully, child sexual abuse material, or content whose transmission is prohibited by law. You remain responsible for copyright and ownership of everything you upload, and you grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and analyze it for you.

Do not attempt to access another user's data, probe or overload the service, evade usage limits, resell access, scrape the service automatically, or use it to harass, threaten, or defraud anyone. We may apply request limits to keep the service available and may suspend accounts that abuse it.

Keep your credentials secure, use an email address you control, and tell us promptly about unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

CaseCounsel currently operates as a Free plan. Access is free, no payment method is required, and nothing is charged. Usage limits apply, features may change, and analyses may be interrupted or unavailable. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
